Shipments and Tracking Your Order

Shipment details:


★ In stock packages from VaporBreak generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. However, because some customers require different combination of colours and flavors and nicotine strength, we may need to order from the factory and take 2 - 4 working days to manufacture.


★ By Economic mail(Holland post,Hongkong post,ect.),it will take 7-15 days to your door. The packages are sent to Hongkong or Beijing Airport first, so the tracking information will be updated 2-3 business days after we ship the goods.the parcel deliverd speed depends on your country postcal system.For example,France always deliverd in 10 days.and to Brasil.for the custom check it will take about 2-3 weeks.


★ EMS shipping is 3-7 working days from dispatch if there is no customs issue in your country(Best way for counties in Southeast Asia 

★ DHL is the best way to EU and  USA ,cheap and fast(Delivered in 4 days)

★ If you want to use another shipping way, please contact me first.


★ We send the goods marked as a "gift" and value it $10~$20 on the shipping label. If the goods has a custom problem, we will resend or refund as your request after we make sure about the return tracing number is available, or we get the returned package from customs.


★ If your package is delayed longer, please allow for delays from customs offices in your country before contacting us.

It is common for tracking to say an item has been handed to customs in tracking. For most countries this is standard process.

Because we are unable to follow all laws around the world, it is your responsibility to check if ecigarette items are allowed in your country.

If we are aware of any issues we will be sure to let you know. We do wish to keep all sales and service as smooth as possible. :)


★ Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 

★ Once posted your item can take up to 2-3working days to show up. You can search the information on the following website. Please be aware that tracking numbers do occasionally not show up for some times, even though the parcel has been sent and passed shipping stations.

Please allow some time to pass for tracking to become active. Sometimes tracking does not show if the item is not scanned


3.Warranty & Return

For first time customers:

★ Refund is available.

★ If you are not satisfy with the goods we send to you, you can send it/them back to us. Buyers take on the shipping fee. And we will refund for you after we check the tracking number is avalible or we get the goods which you send back.


For the second time or more than 2 times customers

★ Refund and replacement is avaliable.


For all the customers

★ Please repack the item carefully.All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

★ Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

★ If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in
