You agree to not use electronic cigarettes if you suffer hypertsnsion, a heart condition, high colesterol, breathing difficulties or asthma, respiratory illness, risk of stroke or any medical condition that may be aggrivated by the use of nicotine and electronic cigarettes without first consulting with your qualified medical practitioner.

You agree that electronic cigarettes are not tested or sold by VaporBreak as a medical device.

You agree that you will keep yourself up to date with any risk associated with the use of electronic cigarettes containing both nicotine other contents and take full responsibility for your actions pertaining for your use.

You agree that you will use electronic cigarettes at your own risk will not hold VaporBreak and it's associates responsible for the use and/or missuse of electronic cigarettes by your self or others.

You agree to take full personal, financial and social responsibility for products purchased by you at VaporBreak.com

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VaporBreak, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

You agree that by using Vaporbreak.com and the products sold on this site you will not hold VaporBreak and it's directors, agents, affiliates, suppliers or web host responsible for your use and purchase of electronic cigarettes or the use of these products by others who may come in to contact with them.

You agree to abide by the laws of your country or region when purchasing from VaporBreak.com and will not in any way hold VaporBreak liable for your conduct or it's suppliers product.

You agree that you are responsible for any taxes duties and customs fees that may be associated with importing products to your state, territory or country.

You agree that you will be available to sign for goods purchased at your chosen delivery location. Or shipping depot.

You agree that orders cannot be changed once submitted and paid for and that your orders cannot be combined after packing.

STORE CONDITIONS SHIPPING AND MORE...

★ If you would like to tell us the minimum value of the goods for tax exemption, and then invoices will be offered. Our routine process is to mark the goods as a gift, marking contents as “electronic kits” and valuing $10~$20 to clear China customs. If we fail to clear the goods from customs, we will resend your articles or refund you as you wish. We can only do this after we make sure that the tracking number shows the items is returning or we get the package back from customs.

3. After-sale service

★ We provide warranty service. 

★If your items are faulty or DOA, A RMA refund or replacement request is available after we have confirmed that the defect of the product is intrinsic and not user error. 

ATTENTION
We need you to offer photos and videos clearly showing the defects of the goods to us before we process your refund or replacement. We do this because we need to negotiate with the factory to ask for the replacement. If you refuse to offer clear multimedia materials that show the fault, we are regretful that we cannot assist with the issue. Please also try to contact us first if you have any issues as most of the time problems come down to customers being unfamiliar with the product and just needing a little advice.

★If a fault cannot be shown in multimedia communications or via customer service and you choose to return the items, the items returned must contain all the original packaging materials, and the tracking number should be offered. Please repack the item carefully, and in the same condition as received. 

★ Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be sent to you immediately after the defect is found. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued. 
 
★ The postage for the returned items is on our side when defects are found. If the buyer has paid for the cost of returning the defective product at first, then we will give back the postage in the form of vouchers to our store. Please provide a copy of your postage receipt so we can offer you this service.

4. Disputes and Arbitration
★ If you have not received your items in 15 days (for countries of Turkey, Croatia, Israel, Russia and Brazil, it is 15 working days ) after we mail them to you, even though you get the right tracking number and can check the status of the parcel on the internet, the items may be sent back to us, and under this circumstance you can require a refund or a credit slip.

★ If you claim that the items you get are different from the description we offer or they are less than what you have bought, please offer tangible proof to us. It is suggested that you send emails with relative photos and videos showing clearly to this mailbox—  We will deal with your claims as soon as possible. Once we find that your assertion is reasonable, then proper action will be given—a replacement or refund voucher is available. We will send the missing items in your next order.

ATTENTION

•Please avoid using YouTube to show us the defects, Youtube is Currently Blocked in China and is illegal for us to access through other means. Hope you can understand this. Send the photos and videos to the aforementioned E-mail address.
  
•If we find that you are not credible, then we reserve the rights to put you on our blacklist.

★ Cancellations. Please note, your order cannot be canceled if the items have been mailed to you already. A refund will be available only on the rare occasions the product has a defect. Hope you can understand that retrieving orders and are beyond our ability if orders are canceled randomly.

Please note it is also the buyers responsibility to know the customs rules and regulations of their own country. If we are aware of any problems we try to notify our customers, however ultimately it must me the buyers responsibility to know their own customs rules and regulations. 

If you are unsure of your countries customs regulations you should order small amounts if you would like to take advantage of our great prices.
